RSU VPN atbalsta divu veidu protokolus - SSTP un IKEv2.

SSTP ir vieglāk uzstādāms (instrukcija zemāk) un ir pietiekoši drošs ikdienas lietošanai.

IKEv2 nodrošina spēcīgāku šifrēšanu un labāku noturību pret tīkla pārtraukumiem, bet prasa speciālu konfigurāciju.

Lai atvieglotu VPN uzstādīšanas procesu, izpildiet programmu VPN.exe, kas automātisku uzstādīs VPN ar visu nepieciešamo konfigurāciju, lai varētu lietot gan IKEv2, gan SSTP savienojumu.

RSU VPN supports two protocols - SSTP and IKEv2.

SSTP provides sufficient protection and is easy to setup (instructions below).

IKEv2 provides stronger encryption and better resilience against spotty network connection, but is harder to set up.

To make the configuration process easier, you can execute VPN.exe and it will add VPN connection and configure it automatically so you can use both IKEv2 and SSTP.

1. Ar peles labo taustiņu spiediet ekrāna labajā apakšējā stūrī uz interneta ikonas.

1. Right-click the Internet icon in the lower right corner.

2. Ar peles kreiso taustiņu spiediet uz "Open Network & Internet settings".

2. Click on the "Open Network & Internet settings".

3. Kreisajā malā spiediet uz sadaļas "VPN".

3. On the left side click "VPN".

4. Spiediet uz “Add a VPN connection”.

4. Click on "Add a VPN connection"

5. Ievadiet datus kā redzams attēlā un pēc tam spiediet Save.

VPN provider - izvēlieties Windows (built-in)

Connection name - RSU VPN

Server name or address - vpn.rsu.lv

VPN type - Automatic

Type of sign-in info - Username and password

5. Enter information as shown in this picture and click Save

1.Spiediet labajā apakšējā stūrī uz interneta ikonas

1. Click the Internet icon in the lower right corner

2. Atveroties logam, spiediet uz RSU VPN un Connect

2. When window opens, click on RSU VPN and Connect

3. Jums atvērsies šāds logs:

3.1. Ierakstiet savu RSU lietotāju un paroli

3.2. Spiediet “OK”

3. The following window will open:

3.1. Enter your RSU username and password

4. Apstipriniet DUO pieprasījumu telefonā.

4. Confirm DUO notification in your mobile phone

5. Jūs esat veiksmīgi pieslēgušies RSU VPN!
